Hello there! Welcome to Everyday Eco solutions.
Did you know dirt is the source of life. The circular system that feeds all life starts with soil. Currently we have depleted a 1/3 of our healthy soil through soil degradation with agriculture practices and food waste.
Humans create waste, but it really does not exist. If we look at the left over food as an energy source and gift it back to soil to replenish its nutrients, we no longer have waste, but a re purposed resource.
Everyday Eco Solutions environmental consulting practice is driven to help businesses and people adapt their procurement, food handling, and waste disposal practices to reduce their carbon footprint, while saving money.
My mission is to recapture what we have made waste and manifest it back into purpose. I focus on both the convergence of Environmental justice and Social justice as they are holistically interconnected. We must look at our actions beyond food waste and help this earth manifest back into a healthy state. All actions and decisions impact our earth and our people.

I work with "Abundance" to capture food real time and get it to the food insecure/homeless in the same day. With the help of Logsafe, we log and track all food temps to ensure safe quality food is maintained between food pickup and food delivery ensuring food safety is maintained.

The mission is to help schools manifest a program that uses their school lunch organic waste to source their compost edible and wild habitat gardens, which in turn leverages the eco system and nature to work together and produce an abundance of food and

Educate and engage the school staff and students to create a closed loop system that reduces  waste, leverages the eco-system and returns output that allows them to grow new nourishing food for the school breakfast and lunches
ABOUT ME
I love to talk green, both in sustainable practice and in saving money.
I’m an Environmental Policy major, with 19 years of food industry experience working on the CPG (Manufacturing) side.
My journey and experience have given me the foresight and bandwidth to help others make sustainable, business savvy choices that help you navigate the changing needs of our environment and communities.
While working in sales at a large CPG, I developed and chaired the Environmental Awareness committee. Some big boulders I helped them move past was the transition out of Styrofoam for all campuses, default to double-sided printing, implementing desk-side recycling and many more efforts. I am driven to help businesses lead sustainable practices, while driving growth to their bottom line.
The time is now to setup your sustainable business blue print. With only 1 month left until the Hennepin County mandate goes into effect, there are many companies who need an expert to lead the charge. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. His house foundation has created a strong network of volunteers and are equipped with refrigerated transportation to get food donations to those in need real time. This is an amazing non-profit seeking strong community partners that want to move excess food to those in need and limiting the food that goes to waste.
